Our Simply Cremation and Family Good-bye Package Includes the Following:

• Arrangement conference at our Funeral Home.
  
• Registration of Death with Alberta Vital Statistics.
• Obtaining the Certificate of Cremation from the Medical Examiner’s office.
• Transfer of deceased from Place of Death (24 hour service) within city limits *Additional fees apply if after hours or additional personnel required.
• 1 hour visitation 
• Creation of personal memorial page on our website, including an obituary of any length with a colour photo, this provides a place for friends and family members to share photos, condolences and memories.
• Basic Cremation Container (Suitable up to 190 lbs. For the dignity of the deceased, as well as the safety of our staff, if the deceased body composition is over 190 lbs requires the use of a Wooden Cremation Container valued at $100)
• Cremation fee.
• Unlimited Funeral Director’s Certificates of Death (used for estate purposes).
• Benefit Package with “What Do We Do After A Death” guide.
• Certificate of Cremation.
• Transit Permit (for those travelling overseas with cremated remains).
• Clergy and Burial Permits.

*Please note there is an additional fee of $110 for after hours transfers (between 5 pm and 9 am) and an additional fee of $90 for transfers requiring additional personnel.

• Aftercare Services - includes completion and submission of CPP Death Benefit and Survivor’s Benefit, cancellation of OAS and Alberta Senior’s Benefits applications (those who qualify can receive up to $2,500 towards funeral and cremation expenses) – $200
• Cremation urns – $200 and up. Personalization of urn (engraving) at cost.
• Storage of urn after cremation $100 per month
• Floral tributes range from $100 to $600
• Obituary in the Calgary Herald and Calgary Sun – we are happy to obtain a quote
• Ceremonial casket for family goodbye/visitation $1465- includes use of casket and preparation
• Visitation during evening hours, one hour (5:00pm to 8:00pm) $600, ($125 each additional hour of visitation)
• Memorial tribute DVD up to 80 photos $295
• Family limousine (holds 7 people) $300
• Witness cremation (no viewing) $300, priority cremation $300
