William "Bill" McWha

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Mcwha. He was a strong and stubborn man who fought his battle with cancer right to the very end.
He was a loving father to Alissa Miles and he wore the title of Papa very proudly to his grand children Zachary (Alexis) and Sierra, and also his step-granddaughters Erica and Claire of Calgary. Bill has two surviving siblings, a sister Debbie (Joe) of Ontario and a brother Tim of Calgary, he is predeceased by his Father Wilbert, brothers Dan and Pat and sister Cindy. He loved all of his nieces and nephews and other family members very much. He was a brother to so many people that he shared his life with over the years. Bill had a hard exterior but once you broke through he had your back for life, you were now always more than a friend, you were his family. He worked hard throughout his life doing many different home renovation type things, he also loved doing all things woodworking and built his loved ones many pieces of furniture. Anything to do with nice, fast cars and a good party were top on his agenda in his down time.
We will be holding a small family burial and a Party - not a celebration of life as he lived his life that you're here for a good time not a long time and he wanted no tears for his passing. These dates will be announced by the family at a later time. This isn’t goodbye this is until I see you again.
