Sylvain J. Bourdon

It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that we announce that Sylvain J. Bourdon passed away suddenly on September 9, 2025, at the age of 61.

Sylvain is survived by his mother: Suzy, brother: Martin (sister-in-law: Kelly), sister: Anne Marie, brother: Stephan, his children, his nieces, nephews, and his grandchildren.

From the time Sylvain was a kid he had a passion for woodworking and craftmanship, as he grew into his teenage years, he also developed an interest for fixing everything from cars to electronic gadgets.  Whether it was building a shelf, painting a wall, fixing your radio or your car Sylvain was the person that family and friends turned to.

Sylvain brought joy and laughter to those who knew him. He was a beloved soul who was loved by many. His laughter was contagious and brought a smile to those who had the joy of hearing it.  He loved to strike up a conversation with everyone, including strangers at the store.  He was a kind and caring person who liked to lend a helping hand to family and friends.  Whether you called him son, Syl, brother, Uncle, Papa, or friend, he loved and cherished you in his life. 

Although you are no longer with us, you will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts.

Now that you have your wings my dear brother fly free and in peace.
