Your heart was so big, caring and loving and the world you lived in was way too small to even get a glimpse, let alone recognize what you had to offer.

As your mother, this has always been my heart's desire for you:

Strength on difficult days (I have seen your strength)

Light when darkness tried to impose upon you 

Rainbows to follow the rain

Laughter to sparkle in your eyes (your eyes were and always will be beautiful)

Soft pastel skies to warm your heart on a frosty day (my beautiful winter girl) 

Hugs, lots and lots of hugs (there are never enough hugs) 

Nature's beauty for you to see (you loved Switzerland) 

Friendships to enrich your being (not all of them are real and honest) 

Faith so that you can experience and know

Confidence when doubt creeps in (for you had knowingness)

Courage to move forward even in the eyes of challenges

Patience and Acceptance for what is (some things we cannot change) 

Joy to power your ambitions 

Love (you had so much, but the world was blind)
