Ruby Fay Gibson

Ruby Fay Gibson was born on October 18, 1928 in Oshawa, Ontario. She passed away on December 26, 2025 after complications due to a fall in her care home in Calgary, Alberta, where she had been living for the past five years. Fay was pre-deceased by her parents George and Ruby Gibson, and her seven siblings. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her son Mark (Debbie), daughter Joanne

(Bruce), grandchildren Leah (Darcy) and Zachary and great grandson Cameron.

Since an early age she loved reading the Bible and learning about her Creator. At 12 years old she dedicated her life to him and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses near Kingston, Ontario.

Fay spent her whole life keeping busy in sharing her faith with others, and had no doubt that she would one day come back to life in perfect health on a paradise earth, where “the former things have passed away” - Rev 21:4.
