Robert "Earl" Branch

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Earl Branch, known lovingly by family as Earl. He left this world on February 14, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta, after a short but intense battle with pancreatic cancer. Though his time was cut far too short, his impact on those who knew him will last a lifetime.

Born in Tunica, Mississippi to Sgt. Oliver Branch and Gladys Craft, Robert immigrated to Calgary, Alberta as a charming young man. Robert was the kind of man who could light up a room with his humor and smile. He had a gift for making people laugh and an artistic spirit that left beauty in everything he touched. After dedicating 30 years of hard work to UPS, he left behind not just colleagues but lifelong friendships.

He now joins his parents and two sisters, but his memory lives on in those who loved him most. Robert is survived by his son and daughter, his four brothers, and two sisters, as well as countless family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was deeply loved, and his absence will be felt forever.
