After a brief illness, Bob passed away surrounded by his loving family- his wife Karen, daughter Heather, son in law Jeff, and grandchildren Adeana and Evan.
Bob operated heavy equipment throughout his lifetime working for many companies in Calgary. He then changed to pipeline work where he and his wife travelled from Dawson Creek to Winnipeg, and throughout many small towns in Saskatchewan following the different pipelines. Eventually he ended up back working in Calgary.
He loved doing woodwork, always building something. He was always there helping a family member or friend out.
He was loved by family and friends alike and will be truly missed.
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Foothills Hospital and Arthur Child Cancer Hospital for all their compassion during this time.
As per Bob’s request, there will be no funeral service or celebration of life.
