Raymond Richard Earl Pratt

Raymond (Ray) Pratt, 42, of Carstairs, Alberta, passed away peacefully on May 28th 2025.

Born on Christmas day, 1982, Ray was the son of Anne-marie and the late Raymond Pratt Sr. He spent his life in Alberta and built a strong presence in the Carstairs community. Ray was the manager of the Mountainview Seed Cleaning Plant, where he was known for his dedication, work ethic, and leadership.

Outside of work, Ray was a passionate car enthusiast. Whether it was turning a wrench, driving all over for car parts, or just enjoying the open road, cars were one of his greatest joys.

Ray shared a loving life with his partner, Candace Fleming, in a devoted common-law marriage. He was a proud and caring father to Joshua Pratt and Ashton Croteau, who were the center of his world.

He is survived by his partner, Candace Fleming, his sons, Joshua Pratt and Ashton Croteau, his mother Anne-marie Pratt; and his many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Raymond Pratt Sr.

Ray's spirit, strength, and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  A service to celebrate his life will be held in Carstairs.
