Peter David Sorensen

If there was ever a man who loved to go to work, collect guns and fishing rods, that was our big Pete.

Peter passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026, here in Calgary. He was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and continued to live his best life.

Peter will be remembered and greatly missed by his friends from his squash playing days, and from the many people he worked with over the 30 years he worked at Chinook Valley Inc.

His family back east are waiting for his return so they can have his celebration of life this July. There will be no celebration here in Calgary, but please remember the Peter you knew, hopefully with some of his friends.
