Peter Huettemann Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter (Sr.) of Calgary, Alberta, on January 20, 2020 at the age of 81 years.

Peter was a loving husband, father and opa. He was a greatly proud man who was proud of his family as well. Born in Wuppertal, Germany in 1938 to the late Alfred (1988) and Irma (1978) Huettemann, and brother of Marles (late) and Ellen (Jurgen). Peter is survived by his sons Peter (Jr.) and Richard (Ina), and his daughter Monika (Cam). He is also survived by his five grandchildren: Shanda, Brandon, Samantha, Mark and Maxelle. Peter was predeceased in 2009 by Anita, his loving wife of 47 years, his in-laws Wilhelm 'Willi' (2003) and Hedwig 'Heidi' (2002), and his sister-in-law, Helga (2019).

An Interment at Queens Park Cemetery will be held at a later date.
