Pamela Sue Stuart

On July 31st the world lost a bright light.

Pamela was born in Melville, Saskatchewan to John and Geneva Stuart.  She lived briefly in Regina but for 57 years she had called Calgary home.

Pamela was employed for 45 years in Calgary's Oil and Gas sector in various capacities within numerous companies.  She was extremely efficient at whatever position she held and was very well respected by her supervisors and coworkers alike.

Pamela dealt with her health issues, over the past five years, with poise, grace and dignity.  She continued to reside in her own home until she was admitted into hospice for the final 22 days of her life.  Pamela was still conversing with those around her until 36 hours before her passing.

How would one describe Pamela (definitely not in three words)!  She was smart/funny/quick with retorts/had a wicked sense of humor/and her laughs (snorts) were infectious.  She was an avid reader, world traveller and cat Mom and the most loyal person you would ever want by your side.

Pamela is survived by her beloved sons, Craig and Curtis and her sister Sharon.  She was predeceased by her siblings Ron and Gail as well as her parents, John and Geneva.

Pamela leaves to cherish her memory her nieces and nephews, her god children and countless lifelong friends.
