Neil Edgar Billings

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Neil Edgar Billings. Neil passed away peacefully in his care facility in the morning of Feb 26, 2025 at the age of 83.

Neil was predeceased by his wife, Caroyln and his sisters, Marilyn Kolling, and Lorraine Ray, and his parents. Neil is sadly missed and remembered by his sons Chris (Susan) and Steve (Bonny), his brother Larry (Lynda), his step-daughter Tracy Iverson (Todd), and all of his grandchildren.

Neil was born in Calgary in 1942 and throughout his career in the telecommunications industry, and was able to travel and see the world through his work. Neil was a car enthusiast from his early ages and spent several of his later years helping organize local car shows in his community.

Neil’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff at AgeCare Midnapore Long-Term Care – Bridlewood Neighborhood for their excellent care over these past couple years.

As with Neil’s wishes, there will be no funeral service; however, a celebration of life will take place at a later date yet to be determined.
