Marsha was born in Calgary on March 6, 1957, to Delbert and Eileen Parsons. After she graduated from James Fowler High School in 1975, she worked for her father's business, and looked after her sick mother. She maintained the position until her Dad retired and a short time later passed away. She later worked in Tax offices, Doctor's office, did Aircraft grooming and had a house cleaning business of her own, until she retired.
Marsha met Eric through a mutual friend on November 28, 1976. They fell in love and were married on July 27, 1979. On November 3, 1982, and December 26, 1988, respectively, she welcomed her two sons who were the most important part of her life. Marsha was a devoted mother to her boys. She was always seen at their schools as a volunteer or classroom helper and involved in parent-counsel programs. Friends of the boys always found that Marsha's house was the place to be. They were always allowed to play in the yard, there were always snacks and treats, and it was a safe place. This continued as the boys grew, their mother was always accepting of their friends and had words of encouragement and wisdom to share. She was noted for always being there with an ear or a word.
Marsha was known as a great friend who was usually willing to help out anyone that asked or appeared to be in need. She was also the supporter and partner for her husband. They were real best friends, lovers and partners so much that it was often commented on by people they knew. Marsha will be missed deeply by everyone who knew her. There will be no service at this time but a celebration of life we be announced in the near future.
