Lisa Muriel Giesbrecht

Lisa Muriel Giesbrecht passed away on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 at the age of 57.

Lisa had many passions in her young life, most notably painting and gardening. Stargazer lilies bloomed in her garden every year, and she would often paint works of art in her gardens. She was a creative soul with a firm belief that we should all spread as much positive energy into this world as we possibly can. She was highly intelligent and spent a good portion of her career working as a college Pharmacy instructor. She touched the lives of many students who went on to become good friends of hers after they graduated.

Lisa had many people who loved her, and her presence will be greatly missed. She leaves behind 3 children: Tony (eldest), then Amanda (middle), then Alex (youngest). She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Damen (Tony's son), Audrey and Connor (Amanda's daughter and son).

Lisa was a gentle spirit with a love of animals, and we have no doubt that she has now been reunited with our beloved family pets (Her dogs, Casey & Angus and her cats, Rachel & Phoebe).

The family would like to thank Chinook Hospice for the care provided during Lisa’s time spent there. Their kindness and compassion was very much appreciated through such trying times.
