Katelyn Diane Davidson

Katelyn “Kate” Diane Davidson passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the age of 58, at her home in Calgary, Alberta.

Kate had a beautiful spirit, a sharp wit, and a wonderful sense of humour and storytelling that sustained her as well as those she loved, through the happy times and the hard. She was a gifted artist that loved to paint and draw with bright colours and simple shapes and shared her talents with beautiful cards to celebrate life’s milestones. Kate loved her family and was keen to join in any gathering that brought immediate and extended clans together. Her sense of fun and easy laughter made those events even more special. Kate was a committed mother and loved her son Tyler deeply. She was especially fond and proud of her grandson Cruz, watching him grow and sharing his accomplishments with all. Kate also loved her pets, making special friendships with the dogs and cats that joined her along the way. Katelyn died suddenly and peacefully, with a neighbour friend at her side. We wish to convey our deep gratitude to all the friends who supported Kate through the hard times and joined her in sharing its joyous times.

She leaves behind her loving son Tyler;  her grandson Cruz; as well as her parents, sister, brothers, and friends. Kate was a kind and loving person and will be deeply missed by us all.
