Jonathan Ockwell Obituary

Jonathan was born February 10, 1958, and died December 15, 2024, in Calgary, Alberta after a long battle of various medical conditions and mental health issues. Jonathan's greatest accomplishment was obtaining his Pilot’s Licence from the Calgary Flying Club in 1990. He is predeceased by his parents Joy Ockwell (nee: Young) (1994) and Earnest Ockwell (1995). Surviving Jonathan is his only sister Kimberly Ockwell (Teena Thomas).

Thank you to the various organizations that have provided support and guidance to Jonathan over the years including CUPS, The Mustard Seed and the Calgary Drop In Centre as well as his caring friends. A special thank you to the medical staff and palliative centre at the Rockyview Hospital.
