Istvan (Steve) Redvay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Istvan (Steve) Redvay.  Steve, son of Dr. Istvan Joszef Redvay (d. 1988) and Julianna Horvath (d. 1994), was born in Budapest Hungary and immigrated to Canada in the 1950s where he eventually made Calgary, Alberta his home.  A beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Steve passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 91. Steve is survived by his loving wife Eniko, their children Andrea (Dave Brynlund) and Eniko Joo (Steve Mood), sister Eva Hunfalvay as well as his grandchildren; Kaysa and Kaia Brynlund. The family would like to thank the staff at the Rockyview Hospital for their care and support of Steve.
