Obituary
Hughie Ballendine passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 12,2023. He was surrounded by the amazing staff of Murray’s House.
Loving father of Jennifer (Sonny) Ambrogio and Kendra Ballendine. Proud grandfather to Connor. Predeceased by sisters, Eileen, Dianne, Irene, Monica, and Geraldine; and his brothers, Doug, George, Gerald, Vince, Barry, Benny and Dwight. His mother Alice and father Thomas. Survived by his sister Joyce, and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care team at the Rockyview General Hospital, as well as the incredible support team at The Sharp Foundation.
Private cremation will take place at a later date. As expression of sympathy, donations to The Sharp Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
