Germaine Chaboyer

Germaine Chaboyer of Calgary, Alberta passed away peacefully on Sunday November 3, 2024, at the age of 78 with a short battle of cancer

Though Germaine was born in The Pas, Manitoba, she made her home in Calgary, AB, for most of her life, with her partner of 34 years Paul who has passed peacefully in November 2023.

Germaine is survived by her daughter, Teresa Lepla (Horvath), son, Steve Horvath, sister, Josephine (Doll) Turner (Chaboyer), brother, Albert Chaboyer, Brian (Boogie) Chaboyer and numerous nieces and nephews.

Germaine was predeceased by her mother, Catherine Chaboyer and her father, Joseph Chaboyer as well as her brother, Joseph f Chaboyer and sister, Jeannette Ferguson (Chaboyer).

A very special thank you to Mitch, who has been a very wonderful friend for many years, and a caregiver to Germaine in the last year of her life.

Interment took place at Sacred Heart Columbarium.
