Diane Marie Jeannine Cardinal

It is with great sadness that the family of Diane Marie Jeannine Cardinal announces her passing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the age of 71 after a short battle with cancer, at the Dulcina Hospice Care in Calgary, AB.

Diane will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Nicholas, and Sasha Wilczynski, and her daughter-in-law Debora Moure Gonzalez. Her outgoing nature and uplifting spirit will forever be cherished by all of her friends and loved ones.

Diane travelled the world as a flight attendant throughout the 1970s. She dedicated her life in the 1980s to raising her two sons Nicholas and Sasha. After that, she resumed her passion for travel and transportation as an airport manager and later an affluent corporate travel agent. Upon her retirement, she reacquainted herself with her love for painting.

She was not shy about spending more of her free time playing golf, for which she had a natural-born talent. Diane remained adventurous and always willing to jump into any new hobby. Enthusiastic about gastronomy and a fine glass of wine with good company. She will be remembered for her smile, warmth, generosity, and magnetic presence.
