Charlotte (Rumi) Hill

It is with great sadness we announce the tragic passing of Charlotte (Rumi) Hill at the age of 22 by suicide. Rumi was survived by many who loved and appreciated her kindness and giving nature including her mother Amy Hill, brother Mason Hill, grandmother Charlene Ott, father Shane Paramchuk, grandfather Dave Hill, aunts Merilee Brooks, Jessica Armitage and partner Taliesin Trinket. Although her time with us was short, Rumi’s love extended to all of her cousins, extended family and many friends she made over the years.

Rumi attended a few different schools in her educational career and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2021. Rumi was determined to find her passion when entering the workforce. She never avoided trying different career paths to find her fit but what she loved the most was her arts and crafts. She was very creative and known to use her resources to handmake gifts for her family and friends that she made with love.

Rumi will always be remembered for the love and affection she showed family and friends. The strength and courage she displayed in fighting her mental health challenges inspired all who knew her. Sadly, her pain became too overwhelming.

She is greatly missed by us all and it is a loss for everyone that had the honor to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held by invitation to say goodbye and wish our best to the brightest star we had in all of our lives.
