Bradley (Brad) John Rudyk Obituary

Bradley (Brad) John Rudyk passed away January 16, 2026 at the age of 44, leaving behind a family, friends, and community who loved him deeply and will miss him more than words can express.

Brad was the beloved husband of Robyn Rudyk and a devoted father to Mason Rudyk and Sydnee Rudyk. His family was the center of his world, and he worked tirelessly to support, encourage, and care for those he loved.

He was the son of Llewellyn Rudyk and the late Jannine Rudyk (Cooman), who passed in 2014.

Brad was a proud member of UA Local 496 for 21 years and served as the Training Director for the Local since 2020. He was passionate about his work, committed to excellence, and deeply invested in the success of others. Brad was known for his strong work ethic and his constant encouragement of everyone around him, always pushing others to be their best.

Music was one of Brad’s great loves. He was a talented guitar player and a member of the local band Soundskraper. Music was not just a hobby for him—it was a way he connected with people and expressed who he was.

Brad will be remembered for his caring and kind heart, his charm and charisma, and his unique sense of humor, which never failed to make people smile. He had a way of making others feel seen, supported, and valued.

Brad’s legacy lives on through his family, his friends, his union brothers and sisters, and all those whose lives he touched through his guidance, music, and generosity of spirit.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A Celebration of Brad’s Life will be held at a later date.
