Papá, nuestro eterno amor

Papá,

Hoy nuestras voces tiemblan porque decir adiós no es posible cuando el amor es tan grande.

Fuiste nuestro refugio cuando el mundo dolía, nuestra fuerza cuando no sabíamos cómo seguir, y nuestro ejemplo incluso en el silencio.

Nos enseñaste a amar sin condiciones, a resistir con dignidad y a dar sin esperar nada a cambio.

Fuiste un padre presente, amoroso, protector, comprensivo. Un hombre que nunca soltó nuestras manos, ni siquiera cuando su cuerpo ya no podía más.

Te quedaste con nosotras hasta el último aliento, luchando, amando, cuidándonos… como siempre lo hiciste.

Y aunque hoy el dolor nos quiebra, sabemos que nos dejaste un legado imposible de romper: tu amor.

Nos duele el vacío, papá, pero nos sostiene la certeza de que fuimos profundamente amadas.

Que tuvimos un padre maravilloso.

Que tu voz vive en nuestra memoria, tu abrazo en nuestra piel, y tu amor en cada paso que daremos.

Descansa, papá.

Tus tres hijas te aman hoy, mañana y por toda la eternidad.

Today our voices tremble, because saying goodbye is impossible when love is this immense.

You were our refuge when the world hurt, our strength when we did not know how to go on, and our example even in silence.

You taught us to love without conditions, to endure with dignity, and to give without expecting anything in return.

You were a present father, loving, protective, understanding.

A man who never let go of our hands, not even when your body could no longer hold on.

You stayed with us until your very last breath, fighting, loving, caring for us… just as you always did.

And although today our hearts are breaking, we carry the certainty that we were deeply loved.

That we were blessed with a truly wonderful father.

The emptiness hurts, Dad, but what sustains us is knowing that your voice lives in our memory, your embrace remains on our skin, and your love will guide every step we take.

Rest now, Dad.
