Allen Evan Talbot

Allen Evan Talbot, age 79, passed away on December 24, 2025.

He was born on August 1, 1946, and raised in Calgary, Alberta, a place he always considered home.

Evan devoted many years to his career as an insurance claims adjuster, where he was widely respected for his knowledge, professionalism, steady judgment and mentorship. He absolutely loved going to the office and took great pride in his work while approaching it with the care and integrity it required.

 Outside of work, Evan enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved playing pool, listening to his country music albums, and challenging himself with crossword and Sudoku puzzles—activities he continued right up until just days before his passing.

He often spoke fondly of his trips to Vancouver Island to visit the many family members who lived there. It was his favorite place to be, and those visits and memories always brought him great happiness.

Evan is lovingly remembered by his children, Mike Talbot (Nicole) and Theresa Talbot, along with his grandchildren, Lane Talbot and Parker Talbot.

He will be remembered for his quiet strength, sharp mind, and the love he held for his family.
